Weekly Programme:

Reading is Fun Programme

 Tuesday Afternoons

The RIFP offers various activities that suit each child’s learning ability and for students to gain more exposure to literacy during after school hours. Through their weekly one parent-to-one child interaction, the child’s strengths and areas of improvement will be monitored. Routine activities include reading, revision of the “New Word” list, phonics and reading comprehension worksheets. There are also games such as BINGO and Word Search to help improve word recognition. In addition, group activities such as Show-and-Tell and Story-telling help to build stronger bonds within the group. “Reward stickers” are given to the students weekly to motivate and encourage good attitude in class. If you want to experience the satisfaction of seeing a child level up in his/her literacy, come join us!
