Past Weekly Programme: NICE

Newspaper is Interesting, Cool and Enriching (NICE)
Mondays and Thursdays for Chinese Language
 Tuesdays and Fridays for English Language

A news article sharing programme is held weekly for Primary 1 and 2 students. Parent volunteers will show, summarise and share a selected article in newspaper format with the students.  The aim of this programme is to spark their interest and awareness of current affairs as well as events happening around them.  During the sharing, relevant elements of the Hildan Values (Love sincerely, Lead wisely, Live responsibly, Learn continuously and Serve humbly) will be incorporated and instilled among the children. There will also be Q&A sessions to encourage discussion and interaction amongst the students.
